1. Service Description

FetchAPI provides a durable API execution layer. We ensure your outgoing HTTP requests are delivered, retried, and logged with high reliability. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FetchAPI for any illegal or abusive activities, including but not limited to:

• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications.
• Performing Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.
• Distributing malware or phishing content.
• Attempting to circumvent our rate limits or free tier restrictions.

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes abuse and take appropriate action.

3. Rate Limits and Usage

Usage is governed by your selected plan:

• Free: 100 requests per day, 10 requests per minute, 1,000 requests per month.
• Pro ($29/mo): 1,000 requests per day, 60 requests per minute.
• Growth ($99/mo): 5,000 requests per day.
• Scale ($299/mo): 25,000 requests per day.

Exceeding these limits may result in temporary suspension of service or requests being dropped.

4. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

5. Data Handling and Privacy

We store request metadata (URLs, headers, status codes, and latency) for observability and debugging purposes. We do not store response bodies permanently; they are held temporarily to facilitate retries and then deleted. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Billing and Refunds

Payments are handled securely through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are issued on a prorated basis at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

FetchAPI is provided "as is" without any warranties. In no event shall FetchAPI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days notice for any material changes. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
